As I was hanging out in the living room just now I heard you yelling from your bedroom.

It's 2am, so I went in to check on you. 

 

I asked if you were having a bad dream.  You said, "Uh huh." So I asked what you were dreaming about and you said, "You know how with the summer reading program you have to write the books you read on the card thing? I was dreaming about that and about reading a book, and ... I can't remember anymore."
You are cracking me up.  You have been reading and reading to Carolina and Enoch, and today you burst into the kitchen so excited asking me to take you to the library because you only needed to read one more book to fill up your card.  You're a bookworm, and possibly slightly obsessed with the summer reading program.  And it's adorable!




I made the announcement on April Fool's Day...

This morning as I was waking up I thought I might have felt you move.  It often feels like gas bubbles at first, so I wasn't real sure.  But later in the morning I was holding Enoch as he was sitting on my left hip/stomach/you and you clearly kicked him.  It was precious.  Oh gosh, he must sense I'm typing about him, he's beginning to wake up.  That boy never sleeps! 

But tonight after dinner, when I was sitting on the couch with Daddy I felt you kick twice again, on my left side still.  So cool!  I love you!
