Hand eye coordination!

Baby, let me tell you something.  I was just sitting in the living room watching you watch and talk to me.  When I reached down to caress your face you grabbed my hand and it reminded me that I haven't taken the time to blog about you enough.  You have gotten so good with your hands and touching what you want to touch.  You have perfect head control and you almost aren't even like a newborn at all anymore.  Just the other day you found your feet.  I was watching you and knew you were about to and suddenly you just did.

You amaze me.  And I'm watching you grow up with bittersweet tears in my eyes right now.  Bittersweet because I already miss the baby that you once were, but I'm so happy to see the beautiful young man you are becoming.  You smile at me and flirt with me with your eyes and make my heart melt on a ongoing basis.  I truly am the luckiest mother alive.  I love you Baby Enoch!

You rolled over last night!!!!

Last night I laid you down on Kai's bed, on your back.  You fussed at me, so I turned you over and you were mesmerized by the pattern on the quilt, and you were happy.  Delsin sat down on the bed between you and the edge to read a book while I went to get a diaper for Carolina.  When I came back in the room you were laying on your back!  I asked Delsin if you rolled over by yourself and he looked down at you, then said, "Oh wow!  I guess he did!".  Goodness!  So we all did the happy dance.

Let me tell you some of the other things I've been meaning to blog about lately.  4 days ago you started laughing out loud when I tickle you.  And you smile almost 99% of the time.  You only fuss if you need a diaper change or are hungry.  Last night it was surprising that you fussed because you simply wanted me to hold you, but I think you are starting to be more curious about things around you and have learned that you can see more if I'm holding you higher.

You've outgrown a lot of your clothes.  Two weeks ago I started putting things in a bag to donate because you had outgrown them.  I may keep them though to make you a quilt.

Enoch you are so cool!  And I love you so much!
